Acting

St Pierre also decided to pursue a career in acting, which is a common move for current and retired UFC fighters. Some other well-known UFC fighters who have pursued acting careers in recent years include Rhonda Rousey, Michael Bisping, Quinton Jackson, Rashad Evans, and UFC legend Chuck Liddell.

However, he admitted that it’s a lot of fun getting to unleash and play the role of a villain. If you’re interested in watching “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”, the full series is available to stream on Disney+.

One of the key reasons why St Pierre is focused on building a solid acting career is that as a child he was inspired by Jean-Claude Van Damme. In fact, he claims that he decided to become an MMA fighter after watching his childhood hero in the film “Bloodsport”. St Pierre hopes that by becoming an action star, he’ll be able to inspire new generations of kids to pursue a career as an MMA fighter.

Is he returning with a fight?

If you watch St Pierre play Georges Batroc you will notice that he’s still in fighting condition. St Pierre told interviewers that the reason why he is still in unbelievable shape is that he genuinely enjoys training and doesn’t need a reason such as a fight, to train hard. As he admits that he finds training hard and therapeutic.

If you’re curious about whether you’ll get the opportunity to see St Pierre fight again, while he won’t make a return to the UFC in his forties, he has expressed interest in taking part in a novelty fight. Who does St Pierre see himself fighting? His number one choice would be a former UFC legend, Khabib Nurmagomedov. After one of St Pierre’s last fights where he defeated British fighter Michael Bisping, Nurmagomedov pleaded to St Pierre to face him in the octagon for one last fight.

It would be an honor for him to fight Khabib

Recently St Pierre announced that it would be an honor for him to fight one of the greatest UFC fighters of all time and that he would be willing to fight Nurmagomedov at 155 pounds or 160 pounds. If a novelty fight did take place between St Pierre and Nurmagomedov, it would likely take place in either NYC, Montreal, Abu Dhabi, or Moscow.

However, St Pierre doesn’t need to accept a big fight for a large payday as he is currently estimated to be worth an impressive $30 million dollars. Mostly, thanks to the endorsements which he promoted when he was an active MMA fighter.
