An athletes potential can only be realized with a class A coach. Ashley Nash is that coach. Ashley demands one’s very best and you better show up to play since she demands it of herself as well. She not only instructs but will play against you which is a huge bonus. Her strategies and techniques have helped elevate my kid to the number one singles high school varsity position. She truly cares on and off the court. We are very thankful to have found her!

WOTC is one of the best tennis facilities in the area. Management does a great job keeping the place very clean and everyone working there is friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the tennis pros.
Special shout out to one of the pros there, Mahendra. He's been coaching my daughter (who is in 7th grade), since this summer and we've seen noticeable improvements in her game since he took over from one of the pros who left. He's really knowledgeable about the game and finds multiple ways to approach getting concepts understood -- in both theory and illustration. Great personality and demeanor too!
Also, the pro shop is well-run with dependable repair/re-stringing and a variety of equipment and brands to explore.

We are a tennis-loving family and have had experience with a number of clubs and programs in the area. We ended up at West Orange due to a disappointing experience at another club and with another pro, but in the end it was the best thing that could have happened. My daughter met Mahendra at West Orange's day camp and she wanted to start regular lessons with him. In the past three years since she's been working with him her game has improved dramatically and she is having very good competitive results. At this point I wish she started with him sooner! I've also taken lessons with Mahendra and other pros at the club, and it's been a great experience as I've been working on my game as an adult player.

We love West Orange Tennis Club and have been coming here for 4 years! Mahendra is the best Coach and his tennis knowledge, combined with his experience & patience coaching kids, is unmatched. Highly recommend!!

West Orange Tennis Club is an outstanding facility! The courts are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've had a fantastic experience here with clinics, summer camps and personal training sessions and they all been top-notch. I highly recommend this club to anyone looking to improve their tennis game or simply enjoy a great time on the courts! They also have a small racquet shop in there and carry the best stuff. I have gotten my racquets strung there and they do a solid job.
Mike is the director and the main guy there who runs the show. He is personally vested in how the club functions. He is highly dedicated and passionate about tennis, always going the extra mile to ensure the best possible experience for all members. The facilities are well-maintained, and the club offers various programs suitable for players of all ages and skill levels. It’s truly a remarkable place for tennis enthusiasts to be part of!
All the senior coaches ie Shihab, Yudy, Mahendra, Scott, to name a few are wonderful to talk to and they are very approachable and always willing to answer questions. There are other coaches that I have seen but not spoken to yet, and they are dedicated to want to ensure that the kids are learning and improving on skill while having fun.
This year was our 1st year trying the camp and it is such a well run program. Its divided into red, orange, green, yellow and high-performance groups based on your age/skill level. Coach Shihab will assess the kids and put them in the right group to make sure they learn the right techniques and advance accordingly. We will be back for the fall clinics and continue with our tennis journey. The camp focuses on tennis and only tennis the whole time which is what we wanted.
My kids were in the red and orange ball that was run by Coach AP, Gabby, Gen, Frankie, Emi, Scott, Adi, Abhi, Ivan, Aashvi, Chloe (might be missing others) provided excellent care and attention to the kids. They were attentive, nurturing, and made sure the children had a safe and enjoyable learning experience on the courts.
The club has plenty of parking spaces, big and clean locker rooms and a lounge area with wifi for you to work/chill while you are waiting to pick up the kids.
All in all a solid place for beginners, intermediate level or advance players to come learn, play, have fun!
