Beautiful scenery set hidden in the canyon. If you dont know they're there they may be almost impossible to find. Perfect to get away for a match or a hike.

Great courts, recently resurfaced. Beautiful quiet setting. 2 levels of courts. NO lights so play ends when the sun sets. These are pay courts ($12/hour) and get very busy. You must reserve and pay online at the L.A. Parks website days ahead to even get a weekday court. Weekends are insane. Parking is just OK. There are about 20 dedicated spots but hikers' cars can clog up the road leading to the courts because there are trails just beyond the upper deck.

Some of the best public courts around, with some amazing views of surrounding Griffith Park. I have never has an issue finding a court in the late afternoon to evening. However, it does get crowded on the weekends during the day. There are no lights so playing after dark is not an option.
If you need a lesson I highly recommend Gary, he is one of the best coaches I have ever had.

Way too crowded on the weekends- not enough parking. Everyone plays tennis and goes hiking here. So park far… or come really early.

Quiet and lots of wildlife nearby.. coyote, deer, birds of prey. Courts are well maintained. Some shade on a few courts in morning or later afternoon. Blue, green courts with nets well maintained. Resurfaced around 2015-6. Just 100 yards East of Greek Theater. Even has flush toilets! :-)
