Marcos is an amazing Coach, amazing chess player and an amazing person. He breaks down chess principles in ways that’s easy to understand and also entertaining. Texas Chess center is very lucky to have him and I hope that all who go the chess center get the time to know him. He cares about the people he’s teaching and goes the extra mile to do an exceptional job in all that he does.

If you are interested in playing chess, or learning from experienced teachers and coaches, this is the place to be. Multiple locations, lot of tournaments and many game nights. My kid really enjoyed being here.

Really nice place. Has a good competitive vibe. The place has a lot of extra chess boards in the skittles rooms… will be coming back.

I attend the tournaments most of the Saturday’s here. They are very well run center, and I get the competition I need to improve my game.
