Sarah has been training my son for nearly a year, the patience she has with the kids and the excitement she creates week after week to draw them in and link it all together is incredible. We really look forward to it every week - highly recommend!

I joined the Maidenhead class just over a year ago and attend twice a week. I joined after seeing how much my daughters enjoy their lessons with Storm in Woodley. I absolutely love this class. It's an amazing stress release and very enjoyable too. I was worried about starting as I am not very fit or flexible anymore, but Digger and the other members of the class have been encouraging, not patronising, and a lot of fun to work with. Digger is a good instructor, he communicates clearly and is very patient in showing you the correct way to do something. If you're looking for an interesting and fun way to learn a new skill and gain some fitness then this is the class for you!

My son has been training with Storm for over a year and really enjoys it. He has mild to moderate autism and anxiety he struggles with concentration due to his autism, but since training with Storm he has started to come out of his shell. He still struggles with his anxiety but Sarah and Rebecca give him so much support and encouragement to never give up. He is now a purple belt and now working towards his next one. I am sure with the support and encouragement from the instructors he will achieve them.
I would like to say thank you to Digger also for allowing my son to train with them.

My 14 year old Daughter joined the ladies class, suffering from anxiety and low confidence. Dan has been amazing at teaching her at a level where she feels comfortable and at her own pace. I have seen her confidence grow each week that she even took part in her first grading...something she swore she wouldn't do. The ladies in the class are also very welcoming and I am so glad we found Storm.
Highly recommended.

My 7 yr old started classes with Storm last year. He struggles with sport and concentration generally but he has blossomed in Storm classes and has been consistently engaged and enjoying the classes! He works hard and really wants to attend and improve. It has boosted his self confidence and self esteem and really improved his fitness. Even over lockdown he has started joining in with Zoom classes which is something he finds very challenging in other areas and has refused to do. Digger is an excellent coach and his approach really works brilliantly with my son. I recommend these classes highly!
