I joined to the Jisso Academy last year and it's been a huge transformation in my body and mind both understanding the fundamentals of BJJ and applying it. Fabio Prado is such a good teacher to not just show you the move explain why and how slowly.
Additionally all the members are very helpful and kind to each other, makes you feel like you're part of the family.

Highly recommend this gym! This is a great gym for beginners and advanced grapplers. Fabio is an excellent teacher who understands the movements and body positioning necessary to improve your BJJ.

I’ve been training with Fabio for a little over 6 months and have enjoyed the classes very much. A great teacher who I have learned a lot from and pushed my boundaries. I should mention the group of students who have been extremely welcoming and are very supportive of each other. Feels like a family here.

I’ve been training with Fabio for a few years now. I started taking group classes and now I also do private lessons. I highly recommend Jisso academy for anyone who is just getting started in BJJ, intermediates or long time practitioners. What you’ll find at Jisso is the highest level of instruction available and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Since I started training with Fabio my Jiu Jitsu has progressed massively and I am thankful for the lessons on and off the mat. In addition to training BJJ, Fabio has also helped with with my mobility issues and assisted with the recovery of some long term injuries. His unique understanding of how the body works allows him to work with you to stretch and strengthen your muscles, it has really helped me in my everyday life off and on the mat.
