Sister duo Marina and Maria are fantastic at coaching tennis. I’ve taken private and group lessons with both of them after a disappointing, subpar experience at an indoor tennis court chain as a total newbie. They are patient and experienced, offering feedback, encouragement, and additional instruction at just the right moments. They are making a sport widely considered to be an expensive activity more accessible with their price points. The courts are well-maintained, and the neighborhood quiet and lovely.

Great Pro. Great lesson. Great personalities. I’ve taken a few lessons in NYC & Marina (and sis) will try to ‘teach’ you instead of take the money and run. Bring a can of new balls as a tip and a shout out to them. Will definitely recommend! 👍🏿🧑🏾🎤

Downtown Tennis and Marina have made tennis so fun and affordable. As an adult beginner, it has been great to attend sessions at Downton Tennis where I am able to hit and receive instruction at a reasonable price. Marina is a solid coach that takes the time to provide instruction even during group lessons. I will continue to attend lessons and highly recommend to others that are interested in tennis.

Recently moved to NYC and was looking for a new place for private/group lessons. Downtown Tennis Club has been perfect! Affordable lessons and Marina is an amazing coach. Highly recommended for all levels of experience.
