Some staff is extra welcoming and accommodating! They make sure to say hello and good bye each time we come, which gives us a warm feeling and connection to the club! Nice big space to relax while children play tennis. Wish the heating issue can be corrected but I know they are working on it. Coaches are supportive and care.

Rude front desk lady racial profiling people for their lessons. I am there to play with my 2 sons and she accuse me of teaching private lessons. She asked 3 times if we are teaching and told her I am playing with my sons and she said I don’t believe you. I asked for an apology when I was leaving and she said I am making a big deal out of nothing. Do you want to take your sons for a weekend tennis game and be harassed at the desk? She did not apologized. I guess because she is white and does not know how racial profiling feels.

They have been always nice but called this morning to solve an ongoing issue with reservation and someone named suzi was extremely disrespectful. This kind of person should never do a front desk job.

Great renovations have been done here. They also installed a new heater for the bubble so no more cold winters! Great alternative to Bille Jean place in Flushing. Good courts and great staff
