I attended an induction session in Choi Kwang Do Wembley Martial arts because of my inspiration to learn self-defence. The atmosphere was good. Students focused on their progress. Masters prepared the team for my visit as I was new to the beginners session. During the session, the Master explained the rules, what they do, and how Students can progress. During the session, I could improve my punch. It was stress -relieved.

I came here with my daughter yesterday and wow I was totally impressed, I was really glad we got to do a class together as there is always age restrictions, my daughter was very nervous but being with me made it so much better for her and also ended up loving it at the end. Keith was a really good teacher and the kids was really listening and engaging, I loved that it wasn’t just about fighting but also respect and discipline I can’t not wait for me and my daughter to start, thank you again.

Amazing class! My kids and I have enjoyed so much. We felt so welcomed and learned so much. We will all sign up and continue to discover this fascinating discipline. I was so impressed about the way the kids were engaged, attentive and focusing on Master Keith lesson.

After coming for the introductory session, the values and principals the students and the wonderful instructors displayed resonated with me, one which I really want my son to learn and value.
If you are considering these martial arts for your child, you really should consider this academy.
Once joining, the instructors have always taken on board any concerns we have had as parents and always taken their time to help my son improve and strive for better. Thank you Master Banefield and team 🙏🏽

Absolutely a fantastic group. They are brilliant, emphasizing not only self-defense but also instilling discipline, manners, and mutual respect. Master Banfield captured all students' attention, making learning a genuinely enjoyable and enriching experience which is exactly what I wanted for my son. We have many family members who have also learnt with Master Banfield, highly recommend them.
