My son is 18 months and has been attending Bea and Bop’s playgroup. He absolutely loves it! The classes are creative and all of the babies/toddlers are participating and interacting with one another as well as with their teachers. The music and stories are very imaginative and it helps keep the little ones engaged. I would definitely recommend this to any parent. My son will be going for as long as he can!

We have really been enjoying Bea and Bop's Playgroup on the UES. The class is well paced, with music, movement, puppets, a read aloud, and even an adorable art project. My 15 month old is captivated the entire time and loves crawling around and exploring the space with new toys and age appropriate activities. It's a great opportunity to meet new baby friends, too!

My 7 month old has been going to Bea and Bop's Playgroup at the UES Club, and it is a hit! I am so impressed by the variety and creativity of the programming, and the kiddos are so engaged. There is music, puppets, storytelling, arts and crafts, and it is all woven around a new theme every week. We are so happy we found this class!

My son started coming to the club for Chess, but has become completely obsessed with Birchguard Quest! All he talks about is his character he made and the stories he and his new friends have been making in class. I wont say he was ever shy, but he has come out of his shell around new classmates in a way I never would have thought possible. A fantastic class to give kids a team experience off screen.

If you are looking for an initial exposure to chess for your little one, this is absolutely the place for you. The staff at Chess at Three just do a superb job in teaching the kids the basics of the game (piece movement, value, strategy, etc.) through storytelling. There is incredible retention and a fundamental love of the game is initiated. The teachers have such wonderful rapport with the children and they each clearly have a love for the game themselves that projects to the children. Logistically, there is a great flexibility in the class times offered and the managers are always willing to work with families to accommodate schedules. Really been a fantastic experience for our daughter. Highly highly recommended...
